I wanted a surprise for a friends 40th birthday and decided on chocolate fondant cupcakes some filled with salted caramel, some with jam and some unfilled. I first ordered Father's Day cupcakes from Victoria, then we were plunged into another lockdown and i reached out last minute to get a birthday cake for my daughter. With only a few days notice, a really basic brief and a lot of creativity Victoria absolutely nailed it. The brief was pink, purple and we like rainbows. We were so happy with what we were presented. My daughter loved her cake and it was delicious. Then a few weeks later, we got our Father's day cupcakes and they were also a hit. I'll be keeping Victoria front of mind for future occasions too.
